Sarah Glendening was born on September 20, 1982 in Palmetto, Florida, USA. She is an actress and production manager, known for Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (2014), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001) and All My Children (1970). She has been married to Brandon Wardell since October 11, 2008. They have two children.

Is a Graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.

Was in the Broadway Musical Good Vibrations(2005) as part of the Ensemble and understudied the role of Caroline.

Actors have to cope with rejection, growing older, being broke, deciding if or when to quit, jealousy, and anxiety. I call it the head game. They don't teach you how to handle that. Someone should write a book or teach a class for actors about emotional survival.
