- A sardarni from London. She arrived in India with her boyfriend actor, assistant director Bakshish Singh. Bakshish worked for free in Rustom. He did this because he wanted to launch himself and Binny in Bollywood.
- After Bakshish Singh was arrested in a drug smuggling racket in 1984, Binny left all her movies incomplete and went back to England. She did not inform any of her producers she was leaving. She told her producers she would report for the movie shootings but never turned up. Upon arriving at her rental place, producers found a lock on her door. She got replaced in Puneet Issar's movie "Superman". She was replaced in a new Ramsay film she had just signed. She did not complete her dubbing in Purana Mandir. She quit her career over night due to the scandal.

- Starred in the shelved movie "Top Secret" (1982) Starring Puneet Issar,Binny Rai, Directed by Bakshish Singh. The film title Top Secret was registered with another producer. But Bakshish Singh clashed with Deepak Seth and Rameshwari for the title. Bakshish eventually changed it .
