Kathryn Linehan brings over twenty years of experience in the fields of film, wellness, education and finance to the Board of Advisors of Creative Projects Group®. Her business training was with Mellon Bank in Wealth Management, Wells Fargo's Commercial Bank, and in sales management with Xerox. In establishing Mellon Bank within the film, television, and music industries, she became a trusted advisor to entertainment industry executives and talent. Within Wells Fargo's commercial banking division, Kathryn served as a business development officer and earned the highest ranking for cross-selling throughout the nation. Kathryn was extensively trained in Xerox's consultative selling program as an account executive where she managed a team of product specialists to serve Fortune 500 clients.
In her affiliation with Pepperdine University over the past decade, Kathryn has created hundreds of film screenings and discussions with artists who elevate and provoke new ways of seeing. She also collaborates with numerous thought leaders who reflect upon the impact of these stories on culture. As a producer, Linehan's projects include, Remand, narrated by Angela Bassett, which brought a story of social justice in Uganda to light; as well as the short film, Children of Afghanistan, a compelling non-narrative film that brought deeper awareness of the Afghan people's dire conditions prior to 9/11 and was featured in the LA Times as one of the most compelling stories of the Sundance festival.
As a health and fitness innovator, Kathryn teaches FORM®, a class she created to bring forth whole body health through movement meditation. She works with medical professionals and their clients at the Slow FORM fitness studios in Malibu and has contributed to research that measures the effects of the FORM practice on increasing empathy in the college-age populations. Kathryn is part of an international community of peacemakers who are called to healing, unifying and transforming the world in truth and love. She is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Global Arts Corps, serves on the board for the Exceptional Children's Foundation, and is a leader of the Associates of the Sisters of Saint Louis.
