Carlos Enrique Almirante is a Cuban actor with an outstanding career in Film,Theater and Television He studied acting at the National School of Arts (ENA) and the Higher Institute of Arts (ISA). And throughout his career we have been able to see him in the lead roles in over thirty films. In addition to starring in the popular Netflix series, "Four Seasons in Havana", winner of the Platinum Award for Best Cast. Almirante has also been nominated for a Platinum Award for his leading role in the film "Fatima", a story about a transgender person, and which was his most daring character so far. Recently, he won the Audience Award at the Miami Film Festival for "Comandante Fritz," where he delivered a powerful performance portraying Fidel Castro. More recently, he has continued expanding his international presence with standout roles in English-language productions, including the American film "Coyote Cage" (Amazon Prime), where he plays a cartel leader, and the romantic comedy "A Royal Makeover
