Arden grew up in West Milford, New Jersey, but has lived in many other places such as Japan, and California.

Daughter of Bruce Winant and Kristin Winant.

Niece of Scott Winant, William Winant and Jill Scott.

Granddaughter of H.M. Wynant and Ethel Winant.

Sister of Jayce Winant.
