Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass album "Whipped
Cream and Other Delights", covered entirely by what looked like whipped cream but was in fact shaving cream (which was spread on top of a white blanket she was wearing; the only cream that actually touched her body was a dab of actual whipped cream on top of her head) because the whipped cream kept melting under the lights. Also, she was married at the time and underneath the shaving-cream-covered blanket, she was three months pregnant.
