Biography

Emiri Kato was born on November 26, 1983 in Fussa, Tokyo, Japan. She is an actress, known for Overwatch (2016), Tales from Earthsea (2006) and Black Butler: Book of Murder (2014).

She received the Best New Voice Actress and Singing award in the 2nd Seiyuu Awards and Best Supporting Actress Award in the 6th Seiyuu Awards.

She wears glasses when working (be it on TV appearances or voice acting) due to her myopia.

She and fellow voice actress Kaori Fukuhara were in a duo music group called Kato*Fuku, which had their activities from 2012 to 2016.
