Prior to opening the school, Eddie Simon gave private guitar lessons to Lisa's mom at their home. Later, while working for the Ad Sales division of Cablevision, Lisa was involved in the launch of the first News 12 channel in 1986. While at CBS Records, she organized the Listening Party Cruise for Michael Jackson's "Bad" album release and handled tickets and guest lists for all label concerts and parties. Lisa has interviewed many celebrities, including an exclusive interview with guitarist Brian Ray, of The Bayonets and Paul McCartney's band. She has also facilitated media interviews for celebrities including: Edward Asner, Christopher Lloyd, Xander Berkeley, Garry Pastore, Aida Turturro and Chance Kelly for the Garden State Film Festival. Lisa herself has appeared several times on Vancouver's Global News.

Lisa represents talent who have had roles in productions airing on CBS, NBC, ABC, CBC, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, BYUtv, Lifetime, The CW, The Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, A&E, PBS Kids, Fox, SYFY, Disney Plus, Disney XD, Showcase, Food Network Canada, just to name a few, and have appeared on numerous podcasts and radio broadcasts.
