Patrick "Paddy" Wilkins, a versatile TV, film, and stage performer, is also a stage four cancer survivor and patient advocate. Beyond his artistic achievements, Wilkins' inspiring story is a true testament to the power of resilience. Raised in the Midwest, he pursued his passion for acting and attended the University of Nebraska. Patrick then earned a scholarship to the National Shakespeare Conservatory in New York City, where he further honed his craft studying classical theater. During his time in New York, Wilkins performed in various off-Broadway productions, sketch comedy, and eventually secured roles with LA Shakespeare, leading him to pursue his acting carrier in Los Angeles. Patrick briefly worked in the skateboard industry before transitioning to a five-year stint as a morning radio show performer, writer, and producer. This experience served as a launching pad for his career as a voice-over artist. Feeling a longing for live theater, Paddy ventured into creating, directing, and performing original productions as a member of LA's Blue Sphere Alliance Theater Company. Wilkins has made significant contributions to the world of TV commercials, representing notable brands like Apple, Geico, Dr. Pepper, Hilton, Nike, Volkswagen, Budweiser, Hyundai, American Express, Hulu, Bank of America, Peloton, Cymbalta, Microsoft, Google, M&Ms, and more. His artistic endeavors expanded beyond acting as he ventured into filmmaking, producing critically acclaimed feature-length documentaries and directing award-winning short films. Throughout his career, he has explored various artistic mediums, including writing, television, film, and fine art photography. As a cancer survivor, Wilkins has embraced the role of advocate, providing support and inspiration to fellow patients and survivors. His contribution to the arts and his personal story of unwavering determination have served as a helpful source of strength and inspiration for those confronting similar challenges.
