Award-winning film composer Benjamin Botkin has a passion for creating expressive and compelling music to further and enhance stories on screen.
A versatile composer, he has written music for a variety of visual media projects ranging from documentaries to feature films, and is also known for his work with virtual instruments and orchestration, which has led to many opportunities in arranging as well as creating official demos for industry-leading virtual instrument developers and working on various albums.
As a music educator, Benjamin is the founder of Forte Composer Academy, an online service created to help other composers improve their skills and follow their music dreams.
Benjamin lives in the Nashville area with his lovely wife Audri and three sons, Ethan, Elliot, and Philip.
