Born and raised in Nottinghamshire, Nick began writing scripts at an
early age and directed his debut short film, Bus Stop, in 2001.
The following year he formed a partnership with school friend, Gazz Wood, they made another three short films in and around the town of Underwood, Nottinghamshire.
In 2003, Nick met Shango Bsang through the Shooting People film industry network and got the job as editor on Shango's feature film The Quiet Storm (2004)
Later that year Nick began a degree in Film Production Technology at Staffordshire University, during that period he shot several more short films, a documentary, some corporate training videos, a live gig and a music video.
In 2008 he completed his debut feature film, Jesus F Trotsky Presents... The Greatest Film Never Made (2009)
