Amanda Ramirez(I)

Amanda Ramirez is a Brooklyn-born producer, director, and actress working across narrative and documentary film. Her award-winning short Concrete Rose has received multiple honors, including a Telly Award, and her documentary Coco Solo explores the survival of a Caribbean Panamanian community following U.S. occupation of the Panama Canal Zone. She earned a B.A. in Theatre from Long Island University and an M.A. in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating with distinction.
