Ralph Matthews began his interest in film making while working as a
projectionist at a small-town movie theater in Manhattan, KS. A
military brat, he moved around the world for most of his life before
attending the University of Kansas Theatre and Film program. His thesis
film "Wax Poetics" won several awards and he graduated as one of the
top filmmakers in the department. Ralph works out of Minneapolis, MN as
an independent filmmaker. His other hobbies and interests include
theatre, biking, writing, and the great outdoors.
