Winner of Best Short Drama at the 2026 Independent Filmmakers Showcase, Los Angeles Film Festival, for his directorial debut Kleptos (2026).
Eliot Galan is known for contributing to many award-winning films, as an editor, director, screenwriter and cinematographer, including Kleptos (2026), Ending Real Fur (2022), and When the Tide Goes Out (2019). His work spans many genres within narrative and documentary storytelling, dating back to 1999 when he produced his first film, sharing an immersive verite experience of the infamous "Battle in Seattle" protests.
He then moved to Vancouver, Canada, where he worked for nearly 20 years on television series and independent films, until relocating to Los Angeles which he now calls home.
