Passionate about cinema since childhood, Ludovic Girard has trained in various approaches to acting, in France and the United States, notably that of Sanford Meisner. A laureate of the Fondation Beaumarchais-SACD as a screenwriter, director and member of the Cinémathèque française, he also writes in the French cinema press about the actors of New Hollywood, the major artistic movement of the 70s. His biography of Al Pacino, "Al Pacino, le Grand jeu", published by GM Editions, was released in France in May 2024.
