Peners Griffin was born on August 5, 1980 in Tallahassee, Florida, USA. He is an actor, known for Detroit Hoopz (2005), Psychic Detectives (2004) and Hollis & Rae (2006).

Grew up in the same neighborhood and good friends with R&B singer T-Pain

After being told by producers not to audition, because they were only interested in local talent. He borrowed money from his grandmother and flew to Detroit anyway, and landed a role as Joey in the feature film Detroit Hoopz.
