Biography

Michalis Mathioudakis studied Physics in the University of Crete and Cinema in Athens. He works in the film industry since 2016. Three of his scripts have been funded by the Greek Film Centre and ERT Broadcasting Television. He is the founder of the production house Abajour Films. He works as a screenwriter, director, producer and assistant director. He loves Greek cinema. He won the best screenplay award from Drama International Short Film Festival during the 2023 edition for the film Aerolin, directed by Alexis Koukias Pantelis. His latest short film Santa Klaou was released on the streaming platform ERTFlix during the Christmas Holidays of 2023.
