Biography

Chris Mammarelli is an American tech entrepreneur turned filmmaker. His passion for storytelling was cultivated in the early days of web marketing and consulting until the digital cinema revolution provided him the opportunity to cultivate his production skills as a cinematographer. With more than 10 years experience as a Producer and Director, he has dozens of short form and commercial projects to his credit, in addition to two feature films with worldwide distribution. His technical prowess extends into a deep, hands-on understanding of post-production workflow and coordination, which allows a highly efficient management of teams on set. Chris has worked with brands big and small, including McDonalds, Nike, L'Occitane, Make-A-Wish, Pernod-Ricard, Poke Bar, Spruth Magers and Zeitgeist Media Festival. He founded Black Dot Pictures in 2017 with his wife, cinematographer Senda Bonnet.
