Ben Jorgensen is a musician, filmmaker, and screenwriter best known as the founder, lead singer, and primary songwriter of the influential rock band Armor For Sleep. Over the past two decades, his work has helped shape the alternative and emo landscape, with albums such as What to Do When You Are Dead, The Rain Museum, and There Is No Memory earning critical acclaim and a devoted international following.
In addition to his music career, Jorgensen has written, directed, edited, and scored award-winning short films, including Prime, and has worked as a cinematographer on acclaimed independent projects. His storytelling often explores themes of memory, loss, identity, and the supernatural. He is currently developing original feature films and television projects as a screenwriter, bringing his emotionally driven and atmospheric approach to a new medium.
