Japanese comedy group formed in 1964 who continued to perform regularly
until 1985. After that they still gave occasional performances until
the death of their leader
Chōsuke Ikariya in 2004. Other members included
Kōji Nakamoto,
Bū Takagi,
Cha Katō,
Chū Arai (until 1974), and
Ken Shimura (from 1974
on).
