Biography

Tim began writing screenplays before he was twelve, completing his first feature-length screenplay at sixteen. He began filming in high school and at seventeen gained experience interning at Edgewood Studios on the set of Zombie Town. Tim continued to study film at Drexel University, establishing himself in the Stereoscopic 3D revolution after attending workshops in New York City with Florian Maier on Stereoscopic Film Production. Graduated from Drexel's Film & Video Program, with Screenwriting & Playwriting, Tim is President of Tim Butt 2 Productions and a co-founder of One Forest Films, as well an accomplished writer, director, and producer.

Although born at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH Tim grew up in Killington, Vermont.

Entering Senior Year at Drexel University for Film & Video in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Tim has relocated to Vermont after his college years and is searching for work in the stereoscopic industry. He was spotted at The 3D Experience in NYC where he networked with professionals in the Executive Forum.
