Neeltje is an experienced post-production supervisor & consultant, specialized in complex or VFX heavy international co-productions. Up-to-date on both traditional and latest post-production workflows & technologies for feature films & documentaries. Co-owner of and trainer at post-production training program APostLab.
Neeltje started working in film post-production in 2006, building her expertise as a senior DI producer at a leading post-production & VFX vendor in the Benelux. Since 2015, she’s been a freelance post-production supervisor, managing post all through final delivery on complex, VFX-heavy international feature films, documentaries, and series. She’s worked with directors and crews from China, UK, Poland, Denmark and Norway, gaining experience working with culturally diverse teams.
As co-owner, Group Leader, and Mentor at APostlab, Neeltje has contributed to training over 300 producers and post-supervisors from Europe and beyond. Thanks to her work on international projects and involvement in workshops, Neeltje has a deep understanding of the global post production landscapes, on a creative and technical level. She has built a strong international network of post-production professionals, producers and vendors.
