Monique Younger
Monique Younger is a producer, storyteller, and creative force who has spent more than two decades traveling between studios, stages and locations bringing imagination to fruition in film, television, and live events. Raised in Queens, alongside the building blocks of hip-hop where the hustle was more than a dance, this native New Yorker learned early on how to build something from nothing, to find the through-line in chaos, and to bring big visions to life.

A proud Howard University grad, she sharpened her storytelling instincts under the guidance of (and alongside) legends, all while juggling internships, planning live events, and venturing out behind the camera. Since then, she's traveled the world documenting music and sports, produced award-winning documentaries and narrative shorts, directed web series and music videos, and overseen large-scale live productions. Her producing credits include the AspireTV reality series The Level Up Experiment, the feature documentary Finally Sayin' What I Really Mean, several short films and branded content for Inroads, Pronghorn, and more.

Monique's superpower is bridging the creative and the logistical-she can dream it up, map it out, and make it happen. She's led teams, managed budgets from indie shoestrings to 3/4 of a million, and kept projects on vision, on schedule, and on budget.

A longtime member of IATSE Local 479, Monique also serves on the Alliance of Women Directors National Board and Southern Leadership Board, and sits on the Television Academy's Costume Design & Supervision Peer Group Executive Committee. Whether producing a feature, mounting a live event, or creating branded content, Monique brings clarity, care, and just the right amount of Queens-bred grit to every production.
