Biography

Richard Harmon was born on August 18, 1991 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He is an actor and producer, known for Final Destination: Bloodlines (2025), The 100 (2014) and Memory of a Killer (2026).

His sister, Jessica Harmon has appeared in several episodes of The 100 (2014) as Niylah. He played the character of John Murphy in the show.

His older sister is actress Jessica Harmon.

Harmon made his acting debut in the 2002 television series Jeremiah.

I'm very prideful. I'm working on that. But growing up, I didn't want anyone to think that I got to where I was because of my parents being in the industry. I hid from it like you wouldn't believe.
