Gavin Michael Booth is a boundary-pushing filmmaker known for redefining how stories are told. He merges bold creative vision with technical innovation as showcased by directing the world's first live-broadcast film (Fifteen, with Jason Blum/Blumhouse), and the real-time split-screen drama Last Call, shot in single take with two crews in different locations (Last Call earned critical acclaim, with Harper's Bazaar naming it "one of the best films of 2021"). His work spans genres but consistently blends emotional authenticity with inventive form. He's also directed over 100 music videos, including for multi-platinum artists (Third Eye Blind, SYML), bringing a unique visual rhythm to his narrative work. Booth recently served as showrunner, writing and directing all 8 episodes of the streaming series "Dreamcrusher", an interactive murder mystery.

Gavin began his professional career in videography sneaking into concerts in Detroit, Michigan with a fake Canadian television press pass. One of the first bands to buy into his gig as a reporter was Third Eye Blind. Frontman Stephen Jenkins liked his work enough to bring him on further tour dates and hire Gavin to shoot additional material for the band as well as another project he was producing.

Growing up, filmmaking was always my imaginary friend. I could feel it, spend time with it, enjoy it's company... I just had to convince the rest of the world it really existed.
