Biography

Rose Bianco is a warm, quick-witted actress with a commanding presence and deep emotional range. A mature Latina "everywoman," with roles that include Miguel's irreverent, feisty grandmother Rosa in Cobra Kai (Netflix); Wanda's kind, sorrowful Aunt Dora in The Sandman (Netflix); a headstrong mother scolding her police captain son in East New York (CBS/Paramount), opposite Jimmy Smits; a mysterious, tough drug cartel matriarch in Project Power (Netflix).

Chicago-born, Rose brings grit, heart, and humor to every role. She loves reading books and growing pumpkins in her garden.

Other past projects include Being Mary Jane (BET), Doom Patrol (HBO), and Wandavision (Disney+). Rose will appear in the upcoming Jonah Hill movie, Outcome; she executive produced and appears in an independent, low budget sci-fi action film, Rewind, written and directed by her son Morgan Szymanski -- look for this in film festivals and beyond!
