Diana Chaves was born on July 11, 1981 in Lisbon, Portugal. She is an actress, known for Lua Vermelha (2010), Podia Acabar o Mundo (2008) and Ilha dos Amores (2007).

Daughter of Carlos Quintela Chaves and wife Cristina Morais Rosado (d. 1992) and sister of Petra Morais Rosado Quintela Chaves (b. 2 February 1978) and Sara Morais Rosado Quintela Chaves (b. Lisbon, 1987).

Gave birth to her first child, a girl named Pilar Chaves Peixoto, on 10 February 2012. Father is football player and coach Paulo César Silva Peixoto (b. Caldelas, Guimarães, 12 May 1980), former husband of Isabel Figueira.
