- Founded The Cortland Review in 1997.
- A published author, his works appear in numerous literary magazines/publications, such as "Poets & Writers" and "The New Yorker."
- Rhythm Guitarist of the band Allison Clockwise, fronted by Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter, David Ferrauiola from 1996-1997.
- Began making movies at age 8, when he choreographed and staged the neighborhood kids in his own version of West Side Story, in Brooklyn, NY.
- Was a sound engineer in New York for many years. Spent most of his time at Quad Recording Studios before he ventured off into film production sound, and finally post-production.
- Won two consecutive Forbes business awards for his work with The Cortland Review (2000, 2001).
