Rossi rendered "Quinn" as a cold, calculating, ruthless sociopath, and "Sugar" as an affable bad guy torn between an intrinsic allure for bad choices and a yearning to do good. While his 4-episode arc on Graceland and 5 seasons on Burn Notice have been his most visible roles, Arturo has also built an impressive career as a theatre artist.
