He is also known for his work in The Avengers (2012), Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010), The Good Shepherd (2006) and a recurring role in the TV series Royal Pains, as well as the TV shows The Knick, Boardwalk Empire, and Blue Bloods and others.
