Collegiate athlete. Appeared in Grappling Magazine and the definitive documentary on Cage Fighting "Cage Wars".Also a Certified Padi Scuba Diver.

Retired Bodyguard and Security Consultant, and expert in various fire arms.

Has a 3rd Degree Black Belt-Kung Fu San Soo. Also skilled in Brazilian Jujitsu, Escrima, Sambo, Shootfighting, Wrestling, Amateur Boxing and Muay Thai. Is a Fighting and Combat-2002 Light Heavyweight Cage Wars World Champion. Won a Gold Medal in the 2002 World Kung Fu Championships (Demo Sparring).

Won Cage Wars Superfight Championship is England in 2002.
