James Hallett grew up in Chicago, Illinois, but lives now in New York City. He is an actor and professional acting coach. He earned his M.F.A. in acting from the Yale School of Drama. James attended Williams College in Massachusetts, Northwestern University, and graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut with a B.A. in English Literature. He is married to Shawn Cuddy, the television producer.
