Since early 2025, he has led the division responsible for all PlayStation first-party game development (PlayStation Studios) and the expansion of these franchises into film and television.

    Hulst's career is deeply rooted in development; he was a co-founder and long-time Managing Director of Guerrilla Games, the studio behind the Killzone series and the critically acclaimed Horizon Zero Dawn.
