His short story "Father Barstow Can't Run Forever" was one of the most-downloaded features on Midnight Times, the online horror anthology.

Played the lead in "Frozen," the English-language film written and directed by Taiwan filmmaker Shing-Ming Ho.

Studied screenwriting with Stephen Geller and acting with Peter Kelley. David himself has gone on to teach both acting and screen writing.

Graduated from Boston University's College of Communications with an MFA in Film.
