Biography

Deirdre Logue is known for The Shape of the Gaze (2000), Working Portraits (2005) and Cinématon (1972).

Her father Michael J. Logue taught as a Carmelite Catholic Missionary in Catholic Mission Schools in Nigeria, where he met his future wife, Elizabeth. They married and then moved to England.

Has two sisters, Eileen Logue Sciarretta, an education consultant, and Karina Logue, and two brothers, her twin Donal Logue and Michael Logue.

Is now an aunt (April 2nd, 2004). Also has two nephews from her brother Donal: Finn, born 1999, and another.

Is of Irish ancestry.
