Film director and editor, musician, professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana-Cali and a member of the association of Colombian cinematographic editors - ECCA. Mauricio began his work as documentary director during the 90's decade. Due to his formal and narrative exploration, years later he was called to edit fiction films. Since 2003 he has been dedicated to the training of new audiovisual directors.
