Prateeksha Lonkar is one of the finest actresses in Hindi & Marathi film Industry. She Started her career with Marathi theatre. She worked in various TV serials both in Marathi and Hindi languages. Along with TV serials, she has also worked in many Marathi and Hindi films. Her prominent portrayal of Sudha, a mother who is separated from her son after her divorce, in the Marathi film Bhet won her awards and appreciation. Her portrayal of Jijamata in the serial Swarajya Rakshak Sambhaji was the most memorable experience. She has acted in several Hindi films, including four films directed by Nagesh Kukunoor viz. Iqbal, Dor, Aashayein and Mod. Undoubtedly, she is one of the finest actresses in Indian film industry.
