A North Carolina native, I hold a degree in Fine Arts and began my professional journey in special effects makeup. In 2005, I relocated to California to attend an advanced makeup artistry program, a decisive move that launched my career creating creatures and characters for film and television. Since then, I have built a distinguished career as a special makeup effects artist, with particular expertise in prosthetic design, sculpting, and application. I possess comprehensive knowledge across all departments of special makeup effects, including mold-making, life-casting, foam and silicone running, painting, and on-set application. My work has contributed to major studio productions worldwide, earning multiple Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award nominations, an Emmy nomination, and an Emmy Award.
