Biography

Lourdes is the oldest of five children. She lives in Los Angeles and is originally from Miami, Florida. She became interested in acting at age nine, when she started acting at the local youth center. She was later cast as the lead in an independent film when the film's producer saw her in a play. She has also performed with the Florida Grand Opera. She has done extensive commercial work in both Los Angeles and Florida, and she appeared on Nickelodeon's "Unfabulous" as the role of "Becca". She has screen tested for series regular roles for CBS' "Cane" and TBS' "Boys Life". She recently completed a lead role in "Hell on Wheels" an independent film, and starred in "Loon". She is an excellent student. When she entered UCLA at the age of sixteen, she decided her commitment to academics was more important than her acting career, and took a break from Film and Television to focus on her studies. She is majoring in Psychology, with an interest in Genetics and Evolutionary Psychology.
