Biography

Marija Borić Jerneić is a well-established Croatian stage, television, and film actress. She is a long-time member of the Komedija Theatre in Zagreb and has a substantial filmography in Croatian television. She is widely known to a broad audience for her starring roles in popular TV series, notably as Zrinka Lotar in The Best Years (2009) and as the sympathetic maid and war survivor Ivka Križaj in Ponos Ratkajevih (2007). She has also appeared in contemporary series like Cimmer fraj (2006) and Bitange i princeze (2005), and has lent her voice to several animated films.
