Biography

Boim Hwang was born on November 5, 1977 in Seoul, South Korea. She is a director and writer, known for Bird Flu of My Chicken Heart (2009), Lucia's Automaton (2007) and Honeymoon to Eden.

She graduated BFA in dramatic writing from Tisch school of arts, NYU and MFA in media design from Yonsei University.

She wrote feature screenplays & TV series directly on the phone screen using her right thumb & index finger.
