Scotty Franklin has been working as a lighting designer and electrician in the entertainment industry since 2008. From 2010-2013 he worked and lived in Queens, NY - and between 2013-2015 Burbank, CA. His home base since 2016 has been Buffalo, NY - where he strives to perpetuate high-fidelity motion picture lighting and on-set safety within the "Region Three" area of New York State.
