Biography

Marcel Haedrich was born on January 25, 1913 in Munster, Haut-Rhin, France. He was a writer, known for Crack in the Mirror (1960), La veuve (1974) and Le chemin de Damas (1963). He died on July 7, 2003 in Paris, France.

Journalist and author, he co-founded with François Mitterrand on 6 June 1944 L'Homme Libre, the first newspaper in partly liberated France.
