Elance was born in Israel.
He studied cinema in Barcelona, at the Center of Cinema Studies of Catalonia (CECC) and worked as commercial videos producer, in an independent company he was a partner.
Since 2012, Elance is working mainly in Israel as a line-producer, producer and writer, for film and television.
