Watching the special Nestor, The Long-Eared Christmas Donkey on VHS as a kid is what inspired him to get into filmmaking which turned to screenwriting.

Has not seen nor will he ever see the sequels to the two movies he wrote, Wrath Of The Titans and Pacific Rim: Uprising.

His favorite filmmakers are Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino, George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola.

Is interested and currently looking to start up his own production company.

Called the Pirates Of The Caribbean Trilogy "the perfect trilogy".

Is in consideration to write the next Jurassic World film.

His favorite actors are Nicolas Cage, Al Pacino and Jeff Goldblum.

Can't stand politics.

Named Puss In Boots: The Last Wish "the perfect modern movie ever made so far".

Is interested in potentially starting up his own production company as a way to make different works and explore different genres.

Was disappointed in how Clash Of The Titans (2010) turned out, calling it "average at best", but was immensely satisfied with how Pacific Rim came out, saying it was "watching Leonardo Da Vinci do what he does best". Even then, he was against both movies having sequels.

Of all the people he's worked with, he named Guillermo Del Toro as the best one, praising him as "a creative mad genius".
