Biography

Hannah Teter was born on January 27, 1987 in Belmont, Vermont, USA. She is an actress, known for A Theory of Revolution (2006), PBS News Hour (1975) and First Descent (2005).

She won a gold medal in the women's halfpipe competition at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin, Italy.

She won a silver medal in the women's halfpipe competition at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada.

Has 4 older brothers: Amen, Abram, Elijah & Josh

Won the 2010 'Do Something' Award for an athlete who is making significant contributions to the world of social change. She has: sold maple syrup and other products on her website to provide water to a village in Kenya; sold underwear online to support Doctors Without Borders; and had a Ben & Jerry's flavor named after her with proceeds going to charity. She's raised over $250,000 for Kirindon and at least 40% of all net proceeds from the sale of her Sweet Cheeks panties line is given to charity partner Children International to help feed and nourish children living in extreme poverty.
