- Carlos Navarro was born in Queens, New York, to a Peruvian father and Cuban mother, a heritage that has fueled his passion for storytelling and performance. Over the past two decades, Carlos has built a career as a versatile actor, director, and producer, with credits spanning television, film, voiceover, and national commercials.
As an actor, Carlos is recognized for his roles on some of the most acclaimed series of the past decade, including AMC's The Walking Dead, Marvel's Hawkeye, and HBO's The Outsider. On the big screen, he appeared in the hit comedy Identity Thief alongside Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy. His voice work is equally notable, bringing life to major video game franchises such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Madden NFL series.
Carlos began his career behind the camera in production, but after his first acting class, he was hooked. Since then, he has performed in more than two dozen national commercials and numerous television and film projects, while continuing to write, direct, and edit his own work. His ability to thrive both in front of and behind the camera has made him a dynamic force in the industry.
Now based in Orlando, Florida, Carlos lives with his wife and their two daughters. He is also the founder of To The Top! Studios, where he directs and produces films, commercials, and original projects that merge his love for acting and filmmaking.
