Originally from Yonkers & Tarrytown, New York- Writer, Director, Emmy® Award winning Producer & former Actor, Derrell Whitt, has built a bi-coastal behind the scenes catalog of above-the-line credits on over 20 independent Los Angeles & New York based productions. These projects have included feature films, docuseries, music videos, promotional trailers & various digital series productions.

On-screen, Whitt has starred in a collection of independent film & digital productions and was nominated at The 45th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards (2018), in the category of "Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Digital Daytime Drama Series" .
