His voice is everywhere, often unattributed and immediately recognizable. He contributed thousands of vocal promos to KCRW, Los Angeles' NPR station. In television and film, he regularly provides voice matches for top Hollywood talent. Commercially, he voiced Intel Tags during the Super Bowl and the Academy Awards. Brand credits include Magnolia Network, Toyota, Ford, Target, McDonald's, Quaker State, DirecTV, and more. In Stand Up to Cancer campaigns, he is the warm voice of reason. For Rent A Center, your best friend. For Skechers, your father. Samuelson has performed Audio Description for thousands of titles across Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, FX, A24, Sony, and Universal. Audio Description provides blind and low-vision audiences with descriptions of key visual elements, delivered alongside the original audio track. His credits span blockbuster features, prestige television, and an Oscar-nominated documentary he produced with a full blind production team. He holds a patent portfolio related to Audio Description performance. He is the 2021 Audio Description Achievement Award recipient, founder of the Audio Description Network Alliance (ADNA), host of The ADNA Presents podcast, and author of A Voice Actor's Guide to Audio Description Performance. He drove Audio Description performer eligibility to join the Television Academy, and worked with the SAG (now Actor) Awards to mandate Audio Description in all digital screeners.
