Biography

Mette Bødtcher was born in 1965 in Denmark. She is an actress, known for Svanesøen (2015) and Æblet og stammen (1999).

At the age of 10, she entered, and was trained at, the School of the Royal Danish Ballet

From 1986-1990, she was engaged as a dancer at the Hamburg Ballet, where she was a soloist with John Neumeier but returned to the Royal Danish Ballet in 1990

In 1983, was engaged as a dancer of corps de ballet at the Royal Danish Ballet

Is the founder of Bodtcher Danish Dance Design

When she was very young dancer, her mother knitted legwarmers and jumpsuits for her by hand
